Terms & Conditions
1. Project Scope
This service includes the professional creation of promotional videos for books or digital products.
The goal is to produce visually engaging videos that effectively promote the client’s work while adhering to their branding and content style.
Please note: we do not create the video concept entirely from scratch. Clients must provide source material, such as images, video clips, or physical copies of the book when applicable.
2. Deliverables
The service includes:
• One (1) promotional video edited and finalized according to client-provided materials.
• One (1) revision round for minor adjustments.
• Final video delivered in requested formats suitable for digital platforms (MP4, MOV, or other agreed formats).
Additional revisions or major changes beyond the included round will incur additional fees depending on complexity.
3. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the moment all required materials are received and project confirmation is issued.
Delivery time may vary depending on the length, complexity, and quality of the provided materials.
Any delay or variation will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
4. Client Requirements
To begin the video design process, clients must provide the following materials in the accepted formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, Word, MP4, MOV, or physical copy when applicable):

Book or Product Images – high-quality images of the book cover, product, or promotional materials.

Physical Copy – optional, only if a book video requires shots of the actual copy.

Existing Video Clips or Footage – if available.

Text or Script – e.g., book title, subtitle, author name, call-to-action phrases.

Branding Guidelines – colors, fonts, logos, or style preferences.

Target Platform – e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website, or other.

All required materials must be provided before project initiation.
5. Revisions
One (1) revision is included and must be requested within five (5) business days of delivery.
Revisions cover minor adjustments, such as text placement, transitions, or minor color corrections.
Major edits, additional sequences, or changes to the overall concept will be treated as a separate request and billed accordingly.
6. Ownership and Copyright
Upon full payment, the client retains full ownership and rights to the finalized video.
Charlie Creative Lab may include snippets or screenshots of the video in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
All client materials, video files, and communications will be handled with strict confidentiality.
No content will be shared, published, or disclosed to third parties without written authorization.
8. Payment Terms
Payment must be made according to the invoice.
Work will commence only after receipt of payment confirmation or official proof of payment.
Late or incomplete payments may delay project timelines.
