Terms & Conditions
1. Project Scope
This service includes the professional design of a custom logo for authors, businesses, or brands.
The goal is to create a visually distinctive, memorable, and versatile logo suitable for digital and print use, enhancing brand identity and recognition.
2. Deliverables
The service includes:
• One (1) custom logo design, delivered in multiple high-resolution formats suitable for both web and print (PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG).
• One (1) revision after initial delivery.
• Final files provided in requested formats, including a version with transparent background and scalable vector file (if requested).
Additional revisions beyond the included one (1) revision round will incur extra fees depending on scope and complexity.
3. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 7 business days from the moment all required materials are received and project confirmation is issued.
Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and client feedback.
Any delay or variation will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
4. Client Requirements
To begin the logo design process, the client must provide the following materials in the accepted formats (Word, PDF, JPEG, PNG, or text):
• Brand or Author Name – exactly as it should appear in the logo.
• Tagline or Slogan – if applicable.
• Brand Colors and Preferences – preferred colors, color palette, or examples.
• Design Style – e.g., minimalist, modern, classic, illustrative (PDF, Word, or link).
• Reference Logos – examples of logos you admire or wish to avoid.
• Intended Use – digital, print, merchandise, social media, etc.
• Additional Notes – any other information relevant to logo concept and branding.
All materials must be provided before project initiation.
5. Revisions
One (1) revision round is included and must be requested within five (5) business days of initial delivery.
Revisions cover minor adjustments (e.g., color, font, alignment).
Major redesigns, new concepts, or structural changes will be treated as a separate request and billed accordingly.
6. Ownership and Copyright
Upon full payment, the client retains complete ownership and rights to the final logo design.
Charlie Creative Lab may include the logo in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
All source files and design assets remain property of Charlie Creative Lab unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
All client materials, communications, and design concepts will be handled with strict confidentiality.
No content will be shared, published, or disclosed to third parties without written authorization.
8. Payment Terms
Payment must be made according to the issued invoice.
The design process will begin only after receipt of payment confirmation or official proof of payment.
Late or incomplete payments may delay project initiation and delivery timelines.
