Terms & Conditions
1. Project Scope
This service includes the professional editing of written content provided by the client. The goal is to refine the text by improving its grammar, style, structure, flow, clarity, and overall readability while preserving the author’s unique voice and intent.
2. Deliverables
The service includes:

One (1) complete edited version of the manuscript.

One (1) round of revision after delivery, limited to clarifications or minor adjustments requested by the client.
Additional revisions, rewrites, or extensive modifications will be subject to a separate fee.
3. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days from the date all required materials are received and the project confirmation is issued.
Delivery times may vary depending on the length and complexity of the project. Any variation will be communicated and agreed upon prior to starting the work.
4. Client Requirements
To begin the project, the client must provide all necessary materials in one of the accepted formats (Word, PDF, or text). These include:

Book pitch, plot, objective, target audience, and index (PDF, Word, or text)

5. Approval and Revisions
Upon completion, the client will receive the edited manuscript for review.

The included one (1) revision must be requested within five (5) business days of receiving the edited file.

Revisions are limited to minor stylistic or grammatical adjustments. Any substantial rewriting, restructuring, or content addition will be treated as a separate service.
6. Ownership and Copyright
Upon full payment, the client retains complete ownership of the edited manuscript. Charlie Creative Lab does not claim any rights over the content and will not distribute or publish it without written consent.
7. Confidentiality
All client documents, manuscripts, and communications are treated with strict confidentiality. No information or material will be disclosed to third parties without prior written authorization.
8. Payment Terms
Payment must be made according to the terms stated in the invoice. The project will begin only after payment or official confirmation of payment has been received.
