1. Project Scope
This service includes the creation of original written content based on the client’s provided materials and creative direction. The work will be delivered according to the details agreed upon during project confirmation.
2. Deliverables
The service includes:

One (1) complete written manuscript draft based on the client’s provided information.

One (1) round of revision after delivery, limited to stylistic or structural adjustments. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
3. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 15–17 business days from the date all required materials are received and project confirmation is issued.
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity and length of the project. Any variation will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
4. Client Requirements
To begin the project, the client must provide all necessary materials in one of the accepted formats (PDF, Word, Excel, or text). These include:

5. Approval and Revisions
The client will receive a draft for review upon completion.

The included one (1) revision must be requested within five (5) business days of receiving the draft.

Revisions are limited to textual edits or stylistic adjustments; major rewrites, structural changes, or new material will be treated as a separate project.
6. Ownership and Copyright
Upon full payment, the client retains complete ownership of the final text, including all intellectual property rights. Charlie Creative Lab reserves the right to reference anonymized excerpts for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
All client materials, concepts, and manuscripts will be treated with strict confidentiality. No information will be shared with third parties without written consent.
8. Payment Terms
Payment must be made according to the terms specified in the invoice. Work will begin only after receipt of payment or official payment confirmation.
